SHIVFIT - THE BATTLE OF THE FITTEST This competition will be divided into 3 categories: (a) METCON, also known as metabolic conditions or in layman’s term Circuit training. This will be a workout which will be for time or for total number of reps attempted in a certain time. This will include body weight movements like push ups, pull ups, box jumps, kettlebell swings, db squats / press, and cardio movements like rowing, skipping and burpees. (b) Power Lifting will be a competition for the total of the heaviest lifted in the 3 movements of the back squat, deadlift and bench press. (c) Weightlifting - will be a competition for the total weight lifted in the two lifts of clean and press / jerk and snatch.
BODYLIFTING There will be two events, Chin-ups & Dips, where each participant will get one chance to do as many reps one can do as per correct methods & rules.
